Sub-consultant for the project registered under IGBC New Buildings Gold Certified - Ongoing

The project "EEC & Recretation Tower" owned by "S.P.Jain Insitute of Management and Research" is an institutional development in the city of Mumbai. 

The newest addition to the SPJIMR campus compises of classrooms, cafeteria, seminar halls, gymnasium and other recreational activities in one part of the block and accomodation for students and administrative personel in other part.

The project is registered with IGBC New Building Rating System 3.0 and aims to be an IGBC Gold Certified Building.
