The project is a factory building for Minda Industries Limited at MIDC Supa, Ahmednagar.

The project consists of factory building which is majorly a Ground floor structure. The project majorly houses manufacturing plant, paint shop, warehouse, administrative area, cafeteria, LNG fueling station, production area, etc.

The project is registered as an IGBC Green Factory Building v1.0 and is an "IGBC Gold Certified Factory Building".

The project aims to give a better quality of work environment to its workers/employers along with green practices to enhance the energy & water savings, reduce waste, etc.
