The project "Kohinoor Square" owned by "Kohinoor CTNL Infrastructure Co. Ltd." is a semi-twin, mixed-use skyscraper located on the land previously owned by Kohinoor Mills. The redevelopment is undertaken as a part of the Mill Lands development to revitalize the mill lands of Mumbai.
