The Open House is a group of building technologists oriented towards the design for the future. Not a future that is extrapolated from the past with high consumption of materials, in-efficient or higher waste of materials and resources but a future which is sufficient, regenerative and efficient. We are known for our meticulousness and innovative approaches to architecture, interior design and project management. We add to the value that our work creates energy efficient architecture, eco-friendly design, people’s participation in planning, lower operational costs, a cleaner environment and a will to create a better future.

Our team consists mainly of architects, green building analysts, designers, and project managers. This multi-disciplinary mix helps us remain innovative and efficient at the same time.

Chandani has served the industry for 10 years now, specializing in a combination of Architecture, Sustainability and Interior Design. From the begining of her career in Mumbai, she has worked on high end residences, commercial buildings, mixed use developments, institutional developments, etc.
Chandani's interest resides in creating sustainable development with design, execution and on-time delivery. Chandani approaches each design with a view to understand the project’s role and its potential effect on the surrounding built environment. She truly believes that each design should create added value for the client as well as for the community and the end user. Her leadership qualities and excellent communication skills have enabled her to successfully conceptualize and delivery such large variety of projects. In the course of her career, Chandani has mentored many architects as a part of her team.
Chandani holds a Master's degree in Environmental Architecture from the prestigious Rachana Sansad's Academy of Architecture. She holds credentials such as IGBC AP, Griha CP and GEM AP.
One of her many achievements is that she was a National winner in IGBC Green League (IGL) 2018 held during the Green Building Congress held at Hyderabad International Convention Centre.

Bhushit's passion for design has intrigued him into this field. His interest lies in managing the execution of the projects, co-ordination with clients and careful selection of all materials, finishes, etc.
Bhushit approaches each design with a view of the user and his comfort in the space. He thinks that every space should create an impact on the experience of the spectator. His leadership quality and excellent communication skills have ensured smooth functioning of our projects.
Travelling is his passion with a belief that it allows us to become so many different versions of ourselves.
